Why I'm Running

The voters of District 19 deserve a representative who answers
to the people — not to dictators in office.

My case for office, in my own words.

We have many dictators holding public offices. They were involved in subjecting us to biological warfare, the intimidation of voters through riots, bribery and corrupt solicitation — using our taxpayer dollars to buy votes — an invasion of illegal voters, and the silencing of their political opponents.

Someone has to expose the level of organized crime, or it will continue. I'm running to be that someone.Robeert Ferguson violated his duty while acting as attorney General and RCW 29A.84.720 that made him unfit to hold public office. The only way he was able to become a dictator here in Wshington state is because his accomplices in the judicial branch violated their duties while supporting the violations to the separation of powers. without the violations to the separation of powers we would not have a dictator for a governor. I would not be able to say this publically if it were not true and I did not have the evidance to pr0ve it. Robert Ferguson's accomplices in the judicil branches and legslature jpoined his criminal conspiercy. In a criminal conspiercy it does not matter if you are a law enforcement officer or other government agennent that did not intend the crime to be committed it is just that you played a role in executing the crime. Please ask yourr other representatives what did they do to keep from joining their criminal conspiercy

"Determined to end the violations to the separation of powers."

— Jimi O'Hagan

I was forced to study law harder than most law students ever have, just to defend my family's cranberry farms from overzealous government officials. What I learned along the way is that the corruption isn't limited to one office or one department — it runs all the way through. The separation of powers that the U.S. and Washington State Constitutions guarantees have been broken so many times in so many ways that the people no longer have meaningful recourse.

That ends now. I'm running because District 19 deserves a representative who will hold legislative inquiry investigations into every government department and program, bring back Grand Jury investigations into corruption, and restore the Constitution as the supreme law of this state.

I will not back down. I will not cave. I will stand on my convictions and my moral compass. I will work as hard for you after I am elected as I work for myself right now.
