Contribution Limits

The Committee to Elect Jimi O'Hagan is registered with the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) Under Washington State law (RCW 29B.45), contributions from any single source are limited to $500 per election. Contributions above these thresholds will be returned.

Who Can Contribute

  • U.S. citizens and lawfully admitted permanent residents
  • Contributions must be from personal funds — not reimbursed by another person or entity
  • Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited under Washington State law

Required Information

Washington State law requires the campaign to collect the following from each contributor: full name, residential address, occupation, and employer. This information is reported to the PDC and is publicly searchable.

Tax Deductibility

Political contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
