The Platform

Where Jimi stands.
Every priority, in full.

A Constitution-first platform built on accountability, transparency, and ending the corruption that has captured Washington State government.

Priority 1

End Violations to the Separation of Powers

The U.S. and Washington State Constitutions guarantee a separation between the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. That separation has been violated repeatedly. It has to be restored.

  • Expose Robert Ferguson for the dictator he is and remove him from office.
  • Remove other public officials who have participated in violations of the separation of powers.
  • Restore the constitutional boundaries between branches of government in Washington State.
  • Re-establish meaningful checks and balances at the state level.
Priority 2

Hold Public Officials Personally Accountable

Right now, when public officials break the law or violate citizens' rights, the taxpayers pay. That has to change.

  • Expose the Washington Counties Risk Pool for what it is, a lawyer devised scheme that holds innocent taxpayers responsible for the wrongdoings of public officials. It is a form of collective punishment that violates the foundation of our constitutions
  • Bring back official bonding so that public officials are personally and financially responsible for their own actions.
  • Stop allowing officials who have been involved in wrongfull actions to remain in office at the taxpayers' expense.
Priority 3

Constitutional Law, Not Shari Law

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The judicial industry has drifted away from that principle — it's time to bring it back.

  • Expose how the judicial industry has been operating under Shari law principles rather than constitutional law.
  • Judicial reform is the only way restore the Constitution as the supreme law of Washington State.
  • Demand that every judicial decision be measured against the constitutional standard.
Priority 4

End Slavery by Taxation

Washingtonians are taxed into bondage. Black’s Law Dictionary describes slavery as: “ The practice of keeping individuals in such a state of bondage or servitude”. It also points out that: “ Slavery was outlawed by the 13th amendment to the U.S. Constitution. .

  • Every department, every program, every dollar spent has to be accountable to the people. Hold legislative inquiry investigations into all government departments and programs.
  • Bring back Grand Jury investigations into corruption.
  • End wasteful spending, investigate fraud and reduce the overall tax burden on Washington families and small businesses.
  • Demand transparency on every taxpayer dollar spent.
